TRASAR 73202

TRASAR 73202 is a specially formulated product using Nalco’s High Stress Polymer (HSP) and TRASAR® Technology to control iron, manganese, calcium phosphate, zinc and suspended solids deposition in high stress cooling water systems.
TRASAR 73202- Cooling Water Scale and Deposit Inhibitor
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
TRASAR 73202 is a specially formulated product using Nalco’s High Stress Polymer (HSP) and TRASAR® Technology to control iron, manganese, calcium phosphate, zinc and suspended solids deposition in high stress cooling water systems. High Stress Polymer is an appropriate treatment choice when:
Water temperature > 135oF (57oC)
Skin temperature > 160oF (71oC)
Flow rates < 2 ft /sec (0,61 m/sec)
Calcium > 750 ppm
Phosphate > 30 ppm
Iron > 2 ppm
Aluminum > 0.5 ppm
Holding Time Index (HTI) > 48 hr for Stabilized and Alkaline Phosphate programs and 72 hours for
A-Z-LITE® programs.
This product is designed to be a dispersant for high stress stabilized phosphate or A-Z-LITE programs. TRASAR 73202 is also an effective dispersant for iron and suspended solids in once-through cooling water systems.
