DESCRIPTION AND USE
CorrShield OR4401is a proprietary blend of organic corrosion inhibitors designed for use in calcium and sodium chloride brine systems containing steel, stainless steel and iron. It is effective in controlling corrosion over a wide range of conditions. The brine water pH should normally be in a range of 7.0 to 8.0. Corrosion control is achieved by establishing a passive inhibitor film on metal surfaces. This film is created with the use of organic corrosion inhibitors.
TREATMENT AND FEEDING REQUIREMENTS
Proper treatment levels for CorrShield OR404 depend on several factors such as the corrosion potential and conditions particular to a given installation. The product should be used in accordance with control procedures that GE Betz establishes for a specific application.

STORAGE
Protect from freezing. If this product is frozen during shipment or storage, slight mixing may be required to ensure homogeneity.
