Product Description
Xanthan gum is a widely used microbial extracellular polysaccharide produced by Xanthomonas campestris using carbohydrates as the main raw material through fermentation engineering. It is the largest microbial polysaccharide produced in the world and has a wide range of uses. Because of its special macromolecular structure and colloidal properties, it has a variety of functions and can be widely used in various fields of the national economy as an emulsifier, stabilizer, gel thickener, sizing agent, film forming agent, etc.

Food industry
Xanthan gum, as a food additive, has become an important stabilizer, suspension agent, emulsifier,thickener, adhesive and high value-added, high quality raw materials in the fields of beverage, pastry, jelly, canned food, seafood and meat products processing.
1.Thickening stabilizer—-As a thickening agent used in various fruit juice drinks, fruit juice concentrate, seasoning (soy sauce, oyster sauce, salad dressing).
2.Emulsifier—–As an emulsifier used in various protein drinks, milk drinks, prevent oil and water stratification, improve the stability of protein, prevent protein precipitation.
3.Stabilizer——As a stabilizer in frozen foods, Xanthan gum can adjust the viscosity of mixtures, such as preventing the formation of large ice crystals in ice cream, giving the ice cream a smooth texture and improving freeze-thaw stability, so that cream and water do not separate when melting.
Cosmetics industry
Xanthan gum as a stabilizer, thickener, emulsifier, water retention agent, widely used in skin care products, shampoo, body wash, oral cleanser and other products.Xanthan gum provides excellent stability and dispersion for cosmetics and detergents, and facilitates rapid diffusion and absorption. A large number of hydrophilic groups in Xanthan gum molecules have antioxidant, skin aging prevention, moisturizing and lubricating effects.
Pharmaceuticals industry
