Spectrus NX106
Spectrus NX106 is liquid biocide that aids in the control of bacterial, fungal, and algal slimes in evaporative condensers, heat exchange water systems, commercial and industrial cooling towers, industrial water scrubbing systems, and air washers. Spectrus NX106 is also registered for use with metal-working and hydraulic fluids.

DESCRIPTION AND USE
Spectrus NX106 is liquid biocide that aids in the control of bacterial, fungal, and algal slimes in evaporative condensers, heat exchange water systems, commercial and industrial cooling towers, industrial water scrubbing systems, and air washers. Spectrus NX106 is also registered for use with metal-working and hydraulic fluids.
TREATMENT AND FEEDING REQUIREMENTS
Proper treatment levels and frequency of treatment for Spectrus NX106 depend on many factors, such as the type of system being treated, the nature and degree of the microbiological problem, system retention time, temperature, pH, and other operating conditions. Systems which are heavily contaminated should be cleaned first.
In use concentrations, the product is compatible with GE Betz corrosion inhibitors. However, it should not be mixed with other chemicals prior to introduction into the water being treated. Spectrus NX106 must applied neat (undiluted) and cannot be diluted with water.
In treating air washer systems, Spectrus NX106 should be added to the air washer sump or chilled water sump to ensure uniform mixing.
Spectrus NX106 is compatible with most plastics, fiberglass, ceramic, and Teflon feed equipment. Also, 316 stainless steel is generally acceptable. Mild steel, copper and brass lines and equipment should be avoided.

STORAGE
Protect from freezing. If this product is frozen during shipment or storage, slight mixing may be required to ensure homogeneity.
