Application principle

The technology of dust collecting by foam dust collector has been widely applied in coal mining. Compared with other wet dust suppression methods, the water consumption of the technology is reduced by 50 to 80%, and the dust removal efficiency is increased by more than 3 times than that of spraying water.

1. Dust from coal mining face. The main dust production processes of coal mining face include coal falling, coal loading, coal transportation, hydraulic support moving, transportation and transfer, manual coal crushing, blasting and coal caving at coal caving hole.
2. Dust production in working face. The dust production process of heading face mainly includes mechanical rock breaking (coal), loading, blasting, coal transportation and transfer, bolt shotcreting, etc.
