Purpose

In the food industry as quality improver, pH regulator, buffer, emulsion dispersant, nutrition supplement and water retention agent. It is mainly used in cheese, beverage, jelly, tomato sauce, lunch meat and meat marinade products, and as modified starch additive.

Packaging and storage

25kg / 50LB kraft paper bag, 1000kg container bag. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse. It shall be stored separately from toxic and harmful chemicals.
